Transportation Planning

The RBA Group has played a key role in transportation planning throughout the eastern United States. Our transportation professionals managed the long-range statewide master planning efforts for the NJDOT, and have led the development of scoping, needs assessments, feasibility analyses, and concept development plans for a range of local and regional jurisdictions. Projects have integrated initiatives such as the Highlands legislation in New Jersey, a sustainable, “green”, transit-oriented design project on Long Island, a transit-friendly regional access study for Somerset County, and pedestrian safety studies for targeted statewide locations.
