Environmental planning, assessment, design and permitting is an integral part of the land development and environmental compliance process. At RBA our environmental scientists/engineers provide a complete range of services for public and private clients. We believe that developing a purposeful work plan to address environmental issues is as important as the successful performance of each substantive task. It is our conviction that an understanding of and familiarity with the regulatory process is critical to achieving the project’s goals. Thus we have integrated regulatory and technical expertise into our project team approach.
Our environmental staff is comprised of specialists with skill and experience in the areas of wetland delineation, water resource studies, stormwater management design, sanitary sewage conveyance systems, dam structures and flood abatement facilities, endangered species reconnaissance, soil erosion and sediment control planning, environmental assessment, environmental impact statement, environmental constraints planning, environmental permitting, hazardous materials management and site investigation remediation. These services are provided to private developers, municipalities, counties and state agencies, on a variety of projects.
