At The RBA Group, we understand the obstacles that your growing business encounters and we have been designing solutions to meet those needs. Our architects provide complex master plans, which include strategic planning, consolidation/relocation projects and tenant fit-ups. We recognize the necessity for the integration of employee services such as credit unions, training rooms and cafeteria renovations. Our architects have expert knowledge with such specialties as LAN/computer centers, executive boardrooms and ADA modifications. We also understand that buildings cannot function without loading docks, storage rooms and parking structures.

Nabisco Brands Inc. employed the services of The RBA Group to develop a program for their corporate facilities. Aspects of the project included space-planning studies to increase efficiency, design and construction documents for new offices, conference rooms, credit unions, travel department and food laboratories.

The RBA Group designed a new facility to replace a series of buildings, which no longer met the operational needs of the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioner's Line & Vehicles Maintenance Facility. The building includes a repair shop with five maintenance bays, storage for 35 vehicles and various parts, and a double level storage center for maintenance and service of sewerage transmission lines.
