The RBA Group has provided complete design, working drawings, construction drawings, and construction management for communities as small as 75 units to as large as 1,500 units. Our designs include independent living units that can be supported by common service areas such as dining, on-site medical offices, postal facilities, grocery stores, gymnasiums/pools, tennis courts/ golf courses, religious facilities, computer/ classroom facilities, and theater/media facilities. Buildings can be designed as a combination of condominiums and townhouses as well as single-story to multi-story.
The RBA Group is well experienced with a variety of building materials and regulations enabling us to assist our clients through the construction process. Our architecture division is also fully supported by our environmental engineers, site engineers, and landscape architects to provide clients with a complete package. Our engineering departments assist clients with the approval and permitting process as well as providing complete site plans.
