A sample of our project experience includes the Marriott Hotels & Resorts recently initiated construction that will ultimately develop into 2200 new hotel rooms at the New Jersey Gardens, Hilltop Master Plan Study for 600+ acre tract located in three towns of Essex County, NJ, the design of Cedar Crest Village for Erickson Retirement Communities, Hotel and Conference Center at the Stonehill Resort in Vernon, NJ and The Spa at Great Gorge in Vernon, NJ.
