The RBA Group has provided services for all branches of the military. Our work has included complete military airfield and hangar design and development across the United States. The RBA Group has specific expertise in this area. Our work includes the design and engineering of the US Coast Guard Mega-Base Air Center in Miami, FL., Anti-Submarine Warfare training/aviation field in Jacksonville Beach, FL., Composite Maintenance Hangar for the Travis Air Force Base in CA., KC-135 Fuel Cell Hangar in Columbus, OH., KC-135 Maintenance Hangar in Pittsburgh, PA., Large Aircraft Maintenance Hangar at Barksdale AFB, CA., and a MC-130 Maintenance Hangar for the US Army Corps of Engineers at Hurlbert Field in Florida.
Our architecture division has provided a variety of services to different divisions of the military. For the US Army Corps, NY District, we provided indefinite quantity contract feasibility studies and funding justifications for both new buildings and rehabilitation/ alteration projects. For the US Naval Weapons Station Earle at Colts Neck, NJ we managed an open-end contract involving construction, repair, and maintenance of base facilities and infrastructure. We also provided design services for the design of repair and modernization projects for Picatinny Arsenal, Dover, NJ. For the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Northern Division, Philadelphia, PA we provided design services for various repair, alterations, and new construction projects in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
