Our site engineers, environmental engineers and traffic engineers have provided numerous site plans and environmental analysis along the east coast for Marriott Courtyard Inn, Marriott Residence Inn, Marriott Fairfield Inn, and Choice Hotels-Main Stay Suites. The RBA Group provided complete site planning and development assistance through the permitting and approval process.
The RBA Group architectural division has also provided complete design services and construction management for projects throughout New Jersey and New York. Our projects have included hotels/resorts that offer complete conference center facilities, restaurants, and recreational amenities such as spas, pools, tennis courts, and workout rooms. Our architecture department also provides complete renovation design and expansion designs for existing hotels. Our projects include Vernon Valley/Great Gorge Recreational Facility, Conference Resort at Crystal Springs, and the Hotel and Conference Center at Stonehill Resort.
