This is a collaborative effort of various design professionals to assemble a program for the development, which formalizes the Client's vision for the project. The RBA Group has the in-house staff to assist our Client's with this process, or if preferred, our Golf Course Design Staff can work with various consultants assembled by the Owner. Certainly, every site and project is unique; the goal during the Golf and Land Planning Process is to maximize the site's opportunities in realizing the project's goals and objectives. A thorough understanding of the site's environmental systems is paramount to developing the most sensitive and creative plan. Multiple course routings are analyzed to determine the ultimate layout given these systems and course design parameters.

Proper golf hole corridors will be determined at this time by the golf course architect with respect to adjoining golf hooles, roads and planned housing areas.
