This Plan is a refinement of the land use and facility development program. It is a comprehensive Plan that illustrates details of the golf course including hole corridor layout, centerlines, fairways, greens, tees, bunkers and water hazards. Other development elements are also provided, which may include, conceptual road alignments, residential lot layouts, course clubhouse and maintenance facilities, parking, cart path routing and site vegetative treatments. During this process, the design team and Client would interact with the regulatory agencies to determine potential issues related to the design and make reasonable modifications to the selected route plan where practicable.
