
The process of assembling construction plans and specifications runs parallel with the development of permit application documents. Typically, plans, details and specifications for construction of the golf course become part of the record for agency review and permitting. The goal with the project approach up to this point is to have involved regulatory agencies during the design process, so that all of the concerns have been anticipated and properly resolved while achieving a quality development plan. Once the permits have been granted, and budgets have been finalized the Bidding Process Begins.
