During this phase, the Golf Course Design Staff and Project Team assist the Owner in developing pre-qualification criteria forms for prospective golf course contractors to complete and submit for consideration. Once a golf course contractor has been successfully selected as the result of bid numbers, experience, prior work performance and an interview, the contract is awarded and the Construction Process can begin.
