For over 35 years, The RBA Group has provided architectural services for the development of residential communities. Our scope of work includes the design of new buildings, the alterations and renovations of existing buildings, master planning, construction management, establishment of a design program and the preparation of construction documents.

The architects at The RBA Group provided complete architectural design services for the development of Cedar Crest Village, Pequannock, NJ. The community is composed of more than 1,500 independent living apartments in 3 clusters of mid-rise residential buildings to form a neighborhood. This $300 million community is the second largest private construction project in the state of New Jersey.

Schneider Partnership contracted The RBA Group to design a proposed seven-story 52-unit condominium located in the National Historic community of Ocean Grove, NJ. The unique feature will be eight duplex units with three to four bedrooms located on the top floor and within the roof structure. Special attention was placed on the imagery of the building to incorporate design elements from the surrounding environment.
