The RBA Group has a history of providing excellent quality architectural work to municipal governments throughout the state of New Jersey. Our services include renovations to existing buildings, designs of new buildings, program development, preparation of construction documents, construction administration, interior planning and design, feasibility studies, comprehensive needs assessments, planning, programming studies and schematic designs.

The RBA Group provided the Borough of Mountainside with a space program and facilities study for the expansion and upgrade of existing municipal services and facilities. The result of the study called for the addition of 10,000 square feet to the existing municipal building. The plan included a new council chamber/court room and expansion to the Borough's police department and administrative offices.

For the Borough of Watchung, RBA planned and designed an award-winning two-story police facility with adjacent courtroom. The project had to be efficiently planned to address the physical site constraints from the surrounding cliff. Several aspects of the project included a courtroom, judges' chambers, detention area, detective's bureau and administrative offices.
